ABOUT US

Murray and Tiare Moses started Bee Keeping to a realization that if there were no bees there would be no trees so they started a beekeeping operation called "Bee Wize Aotearoa" in 2009. After supplying their honey at wholesale to corporates for over a decade they decided it was time for them to promote and bottle their own products and created Haka Honey Limited in order to market their own product because they shared a vision of supplying hand-picked natural health products, to enrich and promote the lives of people around Papatuanuku (Mother Earth).

All of their Manuka honey is sourced from the Far North of the North Island to Lake Taupo, central North Island of Aotearoa New Zealand, and is the best product our country has to offer. This means their manuka Honey is independently tested and graded to meet the New Zealand Government's safety and quality standards of accreditation.

They thrive on building business relationships and businesses that are honest, positive, and valuable to everyone involved. They strive to find distributors that share the same values of developing long-lasting, enriching relationships. They believe in quality over quantity and take pride in selecting the best locations for their products to be sold. Their founding values are at the core of their business and they continue to preserve these by remaining 100% Aotearoa New Zealand-owned and operated family business.
